Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

I was craving peanut butter again, and since peanuts were a low reaction I decided to indulge. Here’s the recipe I used. I found it online, but made a few small changes.

Put all ingredients in a blender:

  • 1 banana
  • a little less than 1 cup of rice milk (you could use almond or soy also)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice cubes

One of the recipes online said you could add whipped cream to the top(and you might if you had dairy-free), but this smoothie is already very, very sweet without that added topping.

I love smoothies, but since going dairy-free a few changes have been in order. They are still just as easy to make, if a little more expensive. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
