Real Food Wednesday: Easy BBQ Chicken

Here is the recipe that my family used last night for supper. It’s easy, absolutely delicious, and made of real food!

Put the following ingredients in a crockpot and put it on low. It will take 6-8 hours on low. If you need it sooner, you can try turning the crockpot setting higher.

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • about 3/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (till it looks about right to you)
  • 1/2 cup of water to keep it from drying out

My mom serves it with some rice and a veggie (last night broccoli casserole).

I hope you do go check this out! For those with allergies, the processed foods can present a big problem. It is harder to know exactly what is in a package of bologna than in a package of chicken.
