If you have several of these symptoms, you really should consider trying to find an offending food. Those of us with these sorts of symptoms (especially those with many of them) fall into having doctors treat the symptoms. Doctors take a look at my records and seem to give up immediately. They say it’s in my mind, or it’s IBS or eczema or arthritis, but there is no cause given. Honestly, I’m not old enough to have half that stuff wrong with me, so it was a bit of a relief to have someone suggest food intolerance. It’s a long road that we’re on together now, but if you have more than a few of these symptoms regularly, then I think you’ll find it worth it to start keeping a food diary including your symptoms.

Excellent list & suggestions! Thanks Hannah! We really do have be our own detectives and educate ourselves. In the final analysis, we are responsible for taking care of our own health. Digging for the root cause, rather than masking symptoms with medication, and looking for a connection between seemingly unrelated symptoms, is always in our best interest.
